Megumi Kaizu is an artist, writer, educator, and translator. She has published her poetry, fiction, essays, reviews and translation in journals and anthologies, and exhibited her artwork internationally. Having studied art at the University of Oregon and Russian at Moscow State University, she obtained a Master’s degree in philosophy with Certificate in Philosophy of Art at the CUNY Graduate Center. She is the recipient of the IAP fellowship from the New York Foundation for the Arts, and the Red Dot Award from the Art Students League of New York.
